Dine like Royalty on The Watercress Belle at a special celebration for King Charles III

The Watercress Line is inviting guests to join them on Saturday 15 June for a right Royal experience aboard the fine dining train.

Diners are invited to dress, if they wish, in red, white and blue, taking their seats in First Class dining carriages on The Watercress Belle – which will be decorated with patriotic bunting.

A delicious four-course dinner, inspired by the four corners of the British Isles and using seasonal ingredients, will be served as guests travel through Hampshire countryside.

The celebration menu, created by Lemon Stone Events, will include leek & Caerphilly quiche; pan-seared Cornish scallops; Suffolk herb-crusted pork; Eve’s Pudding using Cox’s Pippin apples from Cambridgeshire, and Scottish tablets to finish, with coffee or tea. Vegetarian options are available for pre-order.

A curated selection of quality wines will be available to enjoy with the meal.

The evening will start at Alresford Station and guests will enjoy a delightful evening, passing through The Watercress Line’s charming, heritage stations along the way.
