CHAT2Us Gosport - Under New Management
At the last minute, Thorngate Halls Bar & Events Management come forward to take on CHAT2Us Social Chats. Introducing Charlie Hylands and Stacie Buchan, two wonderful young women who just couldn't see the group close. Charlie comes to us with a Social background having worked with Gosport Citizens Advice and qualified in Social Work. Charlie is the ideal woman to take on the challenge! The Social Chats will move to the Privett Suite in Thorngate Halls, Bury Road, Gosport, PO12 3QX. If you pop in Charlie shall be able to help with your problems. So don't sit at home worrying.
We love a good chat and getting together. Sometimes we enjoy our crafts, play games such as Bingo, then at times we enjoy listening to our invited speakers and we also have a good laugh while doing our exercises (we are not perfect!) Ha! Plus once a month we provide a lunch, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, but always yummy!
We pride ourselves in going out into the community and helping with problems that residents have been facing and not knowing what to do. From debts, housing issues and applying for benefits, CHAT2Us will pop to yours (or meet up somewhere locally) where together we can solve what is causing you distress.
CHAT2Us have been supporting Ukraine since the beginning of the war. So far over 220 crocheted blankets have been sent to them, along with many other things, hats, gloves, baby cardigans, medicines and candles. Which we have to thank the many others who have also been helping.
So remember, if you are looking to add to your social network, pop into CHAT2Us at Thorngate Hall every Monday 11am-1pm (except Bank Holidays), we are just off the rear carpark.
You can contact us on 074500 28410 by text or phone, we can always call you back! Email: [email protected] or go on our website https://www.chatconfidential.orga and of course on Social Media, FaceBook, LinkedIn and Nextdoor.
Just say Jeanette sent you!
