He said: “We are at a point now where we want to open something new that goes into the more holistic, wellness, and recovery approach rather than just the training. We wanted to bring something a little bit different to the area.

“We are really excited, it’s been a long journey to get here and everyone has been really supportive on Instagram, so thank you, we are nearly there.”

The service will be open to anyone of all experiences and fitness levels but is particularly tailored for people who maybe find traditional gyms intimidating.

Harley said: “We work with a range of clients, both male and female, but predominantly female. We are built heavily towards somebody that finds gyms quite intimidating and overwhelming because we don't want people to see this as a gym but more of an inclusive space for people that want to move, feel better, recover, and also have that social and human connection.

“We do everything in house, be it injury prevention or sports massage, we are trying to take you from A to B with a holistic approach whether you have an injury, whether you have never been in a gym before or are experienced but need support. We are here to help.”
