Sainsbury's Local on Hayling Island to close for three weeks for refit - here's when
Sainsbury’s has announced that it will be closing its doors on Hayling Island for three weeks.
The store, which is located in Mengham Road, will be closing its doors on June 28 for three weeks while it undergoes a refit in order to upgrade the fridges. This refit will help make the units more energy efficient.
A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said: “Our Hayling Island store will be temporarily closed for a couple of weeks from the end of June for refurbishment. This will include upgrading the refrigeration units to be even more energy-efficient. We thank our customers for their patience while these works are carried out and look forward to welcoming them back soon.”
