These photos show the disgusting conditions inside a Chinese takeaway, revealed after the owner and operator were fined a combined £12,000.

The owner of zero hygiene rated Panda Chinese, in The Square, Wickham, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court after environmental health inspectors discovered ‘rodent activity’ outside and a colander used in a drain. Read the full story here.
