Marketing team from Emsworth clean beach in bid to help environment
CARING members of staff spent a day litter picking in an attempt to help the environment.
MindWorks Marketing in Emsworth took part in Suzuki’s Clean-Up the World Campaign and carried out a socially distanced beach clean, from Thorney Island to Emsworth, one of many that are taking place around the UK.

They were joined by a team from Suzuki GB’s Marine & ATV Divison at Emsworth.
Michelle Leggatt, managing director at MindWorks, said: ‘Our team of MindWorks volunteers is proud to make a small contribution to saving our seas and it has been wonderful to work together with Suzuki towards such a worthwhile goal.’

Suzuki has been conducting clean-up activities as part of their Clean Ocean Project since 2010 with thousands of people from many countries around the world taking part.
As well as Suzuki, MindWorks works with Wightlink, which has been named as a finalist in the 2020 Maritime UK Awards for its green energy achievements. It is the only ferry operator to be short-listed. Winners will be announced at a live-stream event from Plymouth on Thursday, November 12.
Michelle added: ‘Much of the local economy is supported by the maritime sector and last week’s Maritime UK Week 2020 event highlighted how important maritime is to UK jobs and trade, as well as its role this year in transporting critical supplies into the country during the Covid-19 pandemic.’
MindWorks also numbers among its maritime clients the Royal Navy, BAE Systems Maritime Services, the Royal Yachting Association, SubSea Craft, Spinlock and Wetwheels.
