The partnership’s campaign aims to crack down on daytime offenders with a ‘three strikes’ system.

The partnership’s crime reduction manager Chris Caesar believes the campaign will help local businesses.

He said: ‘The Strike Card system aims to reduce the impact of business-related crime on members across the city.’

And general manager of Liquid and Envy nightclub, David Joyce believes the Strike Card will be a success.

‘This new Strike Card idea is going to help the city’s economy a lot,’ he said.
