BUDDING entrepreneurs looking to launch a business with a social or environmental focus in Hampshire can benefit from a major international project.
Help is at hand from Inspiring Enterprise, a two-year programme backed through £1.45m of funding from the National Lottery, via the Big Lottery fund, and the European Social Fund.
