First glimpse at new Miller & Carter Steakhouse restaurant as scaffolding is removed from former Harvester site
A first glimpse has been given of the new Miller & Carter restaurant in Portsmouth with the scaffolding now being removed.
The Great Salterns building in Eastern Road is being transformed into a new Miller & Carter Steakhouse which is set to open on November 28, replacing the Harvester which closed at the end of August.
Scaffolding has now been removed from the roof and much of the first floor area allowing the public to see its new external look, complete with black borders around the windows.
A Miller & Carter spokesperson said: “Work creating this stunning new Miller & Carter has gone well and our new team will begin training at the end of this week in preparation for the opening which is planned for Friday November 28th.
"We think the residents of Portsmouth will be delighted with the transformation and what Miller & Carter has to offer and we can't wait to show you what we have created."
