Elegance and "exclusivity" at heart of new occasionwear boutique Ameliia Bea

Elegance can be found in every corner of a new and “exclusive” occasionwear boutique in Southsea.

The couple opened their first bridal store, Creatiques, in Albert Road, back in 2006 and have since collected an array of awards for their dedication to the industry.

And due to an increasing demand for mother-of-the-bride and prom occasionwear, the pair decided to establish a new space dedicated to showcasing “exclusive” collections.

Bertie said: “We decided to open up the second shop through the demands of our mother-of-the-bride and occasionwear collections, and also we’ve just started prom which is really exciting.

“We’ve got bookings already - we’re fully booked. It’s been amazing, it’s really exciting and the reaction has been really, really good.

“We’ve had a lot of girls walk past who are really excited that we’ve started prom but also I think it needed a second space for our occasionwear because we had it in our bridal store, which is fine, but I think it needed its own space for the mums and ladies to come in and choose a glamorous outfit.”

The shop will be open on an appointment only basis with each shopping session lasting an hour.

“All of the labels we stock are exclusive to us so you won’t find them in any other shop in this area and they aren’t purchasable online so this is an exclusive boutique”, Bertie explained.
