Wagamama reveals plans to reopen Portsmouth restaurant on April 12
RESTAURANT group Wagamama has unveiled plans to reopen around half of its restaurants for outdoor dining next month – including in Portsmouth.
The lifting of coronavirus restrictions on April 12 will allow pubs and restaurants to open for outdoor visitors.
Several chains have already announced plans to reopen venues across Portsmouth and the surrounding area, such as Greene King – which is opening seven nearby pubs – and Fuller’s, which is reopening 11 of its Hampshire venues.

Now, Wagamama has joined the fray, with two restaurants reopening in Gunwharf Quays and Whiteley.
The chain serves Asian food centred around Japanese cuisine, with dishes such as katsu curry and teppanyaki.
