Hollywood Bowl announces return at Gunwharf Quays with new measures in place
TENPIN bowling will return next month in Portsmouth and centres across England.
Hollywood Bowl has announced it is planning to reopen its centres from July 4 after being forced to shut in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It means friends and family will be able to enjoy doing battle once again at Gunwharf Quays.
In total, 54 centres across the country will reopen with a range of measures to curtail the spread of the virus.

The introduction of enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures, with customer guidance throughout the centres, will be in place.
There will be a reduced number of lanes in play with only alternate lanes used to provide extra space between each game taking place.
Amusement machines, as well as bar and diner seating, will be spaced out and centres will have a reduced capacity with groups restricted to a maximum of six people.
Stephen Burns, chief executive at Hollywood Bowl said: ‘We want to assure our customers that we are doing everything we can to create a safe and fun experience for families to return to. We look forward to welcoming them back through our doors very soon.’
