B&Q reopens its stores in Portsmouth, Fareham and Havant
B&Q has announced that it has reopened a number of stores across the country including the one in Portsmouth.
The retailer shut all of its shops as the country went into lockdown last month due to the coronavirus crisis.
However it has announced that 61 of its stores have reopened.
This includes the ones in Portsmouth, Fareham and Havant.

The B&Qs in Southampton, Hedge End & Nursling, Basingstoke and Eastleigh are also among the 61 stores reopening.
The retailer has announced that there will be a number of safety measures in place in the reopened shops.
These measures include social distancing, similar to the rules introduced at supermarkets, and strict limits on the number of people allowed in the store at one time – so shoppers are warned they could have to queue to get in.
There will be two metre floor markers throughout the store and also perspex screens at our checkouts.
B&Q have said customers can purchase products that are available for takeaway in store on the day.
However, services such as kitchen and bathroom design, paint mixing, timber cutting and key cutting are not available for the time being.
The retailer is only accepting card, gift card and contact-less payments at the reopened shops.
The B&Q stores in Portsmouth, Fareham and Havant are open now – with the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
