The eatery, which already has six other venues across Hampshire including Petersfield and Romsey, is anticipated to open early this year.

In a social media announcement that was posted on October 15, 2025, Josie’s said: “We are beyond excited to announce that our seventh Josie's will be opening in the beautiful village of Wickham.

“We’ll be moving into the Old Tea House building - a spot we’ve admired for many, many years. To finally bring the Josie’s experience here is a dream come true. Expect everything you know and love: speciality coffee, epic pancake stacks, and our famous all-day brunch - all served up with that Josie’s warmth and buzz.”

Most recently, the owner, Josie Latouf, shared an exciting video touring the new site which will offer two large seating areas once complete.

“Very old bricks, beautiful building and when I came here in the 90s with my young kids, it was just wonderful”, Josie said.

“We’re really excited to welcome you to Josie’s.”

Known for its pancakes, Josie’s will also be dishing up a variety of brunch dishes including loaded tots, toasties and fried chicken.
