'The Eleventh Hour' Palestine fundraiser at Wedgewood Rooms
Portsmouth Performers for Palestine’s third event will take place at the Wedgewood Rooms, Portsmouth on January 20, 2026 from 7pm. The proceeds will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians.
The situation in Gaza remains critical despite the drop-off in Western state-corporate media coverage.
In total, more than 70,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 2023, 20,000 of them children. Israel stands accused by the international community of myriad war crimes and contraventions of international law.
The urgency of raising money and saving lives cannot be overstated.
The previous two Portsmouth Performers for Palestine gigs sold out fast, and the organisers want the next one to be the biggest yet.
A range of talented local poets, novelists, musicians and other performers will be appearing at 'The Eleventh Hour'. There will be both Palestinian and Jewish speakers at the event.
