Incredible travel opportunity event happening in Denmead
Denmead Grange Care Home is leading the way by hosting a unique, first of its kind travel event on Thursday 5th March.
‘Yes You Can – Travel and Adventure’ is a relaxed ‘drop in for a chat’ style day, running 10.30 – 3.30pm and everyone is welcome. The event was devised because, too often the barriers to travel make the opportunity, excitement and experience appear out of reach for so many and this gathering of experts will help dispel fears, build confidence and facilitate chances.
Denmead Grange have worked closely with ‘Mobility at Sea’, travel experts who specialise in supplying mobility products for cruise travel through the UK travel industry. They believe every traveller should have the opportunity to enjoy their holiday, regardless of mobility challenges. The third key player in this special event is ‘Cavendish Healthcare & Mobility’. They specialise in helping individuals retain their independence so that they can stay active and do the things they love!
The three have then gathered broader expertise and invited ‘Dementia Adventure’, The Oxygen Store’, ‘Driving Miss Daisy’, ‘Fusion Holidays’, Disabled Holidays and Wallops Wood to attend this event. Visitors will come to the relaxed welcoming environment of Denmead Grange ( off Forest Road in Denmead, PO76XP) and have the chance to learn how their world can stop shrinking!
Everyone deserves the chance to explore, in the words of Mobility at Sea; ‘Wether that is a grand voyage across the ocean or a peaceful weekend in the British Countryside.
