Enjoy cracking Easter fun at The Watercress Line this Spring

Easter egg-citement will be in the Spring air at The Watercress Line in Hampshire when the Easter Bunny Train returns from Thursday, April 2 to Monday, April 6.
Visitors of all ages can meet the Easter Bunny, take unlimited travel along the 10-mile route on the heritage trains, and join in Easter activities at Ropley and Alton stations.
The Easter Bunny will greet visitors - who are welcome to bring their soft toy furry friends - at Ropley Station, pose for photos and give every child a chocolate egg. On board the Easter Bunny Train, there will be a singalong to Easter-themed songs and jokes with the Easter Bunny’s helpers.
There will be Easter fun to enjoy with an Easter Spotter Trail, Easter Ear crafting, activity sheets and Easter colouring.
Look out for Easter selfie spots for capturing the moment, playtime at the locomotive playground and the chance to enjoy seeing the huge locomotives up close.
Hot and cold refreshments and tasty treats will be available, while Easter gifts from The Watercress Line can be purchased at Alresford and Ropley stations.
Rebecca Dalley, CEO of The Watercress Line, said: “The Easter Bunny is hopping back to join us at The Watercress Line and looking forward to meeting children and their grown-ups to create some egg-cellent heritage railway fun.
“The Easter Bunny Train is one of our most joyful events of the season, combining classic steam train travel with springtime activities. It’s the perfect place to make happy memories this Easter.”
