Big Band to Support Lee on the Solent’s Coastwatch Volunteers!

Big Band Sound coming to Lee on the Solent!!! Lee National Coastwatch, situated in the Beach Road Car Park, acts as eyes and ears for the Coastguard.

The Watchkeepers are an all-volunteer crew and the Station’s operations are funded entirely by fundraising efforts at local fairs and through the sale of second hand books.

In an exciting development, the Sarisbury Green Big Band has generously offered to put on a ‘Sounds of the 60’s’ concert at the Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington on Friday 18th October.

Moneys raised from the concert will go towards supporting the Station’s operations.

Your support would be deeply appreciated. #SavingLivesAtLee #EyesAlongTheCoast
